Shipping Policy

We will always aim to dispatch your goods within 3-5 working days of ordering within the UK. This does not apply to Made To Order products - dispatch times will be noted on each listing as they can vary per product. Working days does not include weekends.

If your order is urgent then please contact us - we will try our best to accommodate.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock. If you are not happy with this revised date then you can cancel your order and receive a refund in full.

We use a combination of courier services to send your parcels in the UK. We’ll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched (usually within 3-5 working days)

Due to order sizes we may have to post your items separately. They will always be dispatched on the same day but you may receive more than one package over a period of days. If this is the case, we will email you to let you know.

Although we currently do not ship overseas, there may be circumstances where this is available. Please contact us if you would like to discuss an overseas purchase.

European Union

Please note that j candles Suffolk does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept any liability for loss or inconvenience that may result from such delay.

Collection is also available. Please select this at checkout - the collection address will be visible once selected. Collection address is based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Refund Policy

If you receive a candle or any other of our products that has been damaged in transit, please contact us and we will send out a replacement. Evidence of damage will need to be provided within 24hrs of delivery in order to receive a replacement. You may opt for a refund but this will be minus fees incurred by us when you placed your order.
